1. 30-Day Return Window

• You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be Brand New, unused, unopened, sealed in their original manufacturer packaging, and include all original boxes, accessories, and documentation.

1. How to Initiate a Return
   Step 1: Contact our customer support team at topgpu1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
   Step 2: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping address.
   Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.
2. Return Shipping Fees

• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, topgpu.shop will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
• Change of Mind / Customer Preference: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or ordering by mistake, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

1. Inspection and Refund Process

• Inspection: Once your return is received at our facility, our team will inspect the package within 1 to 2 business days to verify its condition.
• Refund Approval: Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed immediately.
• Credit Processing: Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card via Stripe) within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s processing times.
